Drone Surveys
Photographic Surveys and Inspection
Drones offer an efficient solution for building inspection, providing a cost-effective and safe alternative to traditional methods. They enable aerial views and detailed inspection of building fabric and complex roofs that would otherwise require a cherry picker or scaffolding to reach.
The high-resolution images captured by our drones allow for accurate condition assessment and identification of individual defects within vulnerable construction elements. And as experienced building surveyors we know instinctively where to position our drone to ensure that we collect a set of images that meet client expectations.
We can provide a condition report or supply unedited images for interpretation by others. Our clients include local authorities, homeowners, architects, surveyors, property factors, renewable energy providers, and contractors.
